A fantastic cosy and comfy place to stay in a great location.
Positive: This property is such a lovely place to stay, its location is excellent. It’s just a short walk to the bridge which takes you over to the city centre. There are two options to walk: down the street past a few shops and pubs, or, along the river and through a park. We took our Patterdale Terrier, Chester, so he chose the river walk mostly.
On arrival, the property was spotlessly clean and smelled so fresh. We felt at home as soon as we got there. The kitchen is well-equipped and the breakfast items well received. The lounge area is bright and airy with a comfy sofa and chair. The Wi-Fi and TV are good too. The bathroom was very clean and the shower lovely and easy to use.
Upstairs the bedroom is great with a little area with a dressing table. The bed is so comfy and it was great to see the stars through the roof window.
The area at the front of the property is fenced off so that was great to let our dog out safely. He loved to watch people go by. The area is super quiet and relaxing.
The hosts are really attentive and pleasant through communication. We had no issues during our stay but I have no doubt they would be there on hand if any issues did arrive during a person’s stay. Thanks to the hosts for a great stay 😊
Negative: We had no issues with this property.

It was a clean, comfortable and convenient stay.
Positive: The property was furnished beautifully, very clean and in a great location; within walking distance from the city but far enough away from the hustle and bustle in a lovely quiet area.

Dog friendly close to the centre .
Positive: Clean and warm . Well equipped . Good communication from the hosts. Great that it’s dog friendly . Short walk into the centre of Chester.
Negative: There were a few small mosquitos flying around swatted about 7 .

Positive: Perfect location, felt like home from the moment we arrived. We had everything we could possibly need.
Negative: A minor detail was that we couldn’t find any instructions. We managed apart from we had to guess the rubbish bin situation so may have got it wrong 🥴

Lovely cottage
Positive: Cottage is cosy, clean, perfectly equipped and location is ideal for chester city centre. Contact with the host was excellent and answered any queries quickly and very helpful.
Negative: Left an item at the property. Cleaners obviously thought it was finders keepers. Please ensure you don't leave any items/belongings behind.
