A fantastic cosy and comfy place to stay in a great location. Positive: This property is such a lovely place to stay, its location is excellent. It’s just a short walk to the bridge which takes you over to the city centre. There are two options to walk: down the street past a few shops and pubs, or, along the river and through a park. We took our Patterdale Terrier, Chester, so he chose the river walk mostly. On arrival, the property was spotlessly clean and smelled so fresh. We felt at home as soon as we got there. The kitchen is well-equipped and the breakfast items well received. The lounge area is bright and airy with a comfy sofa and chair. The Wi-Fi and TV are good too. The bathroom was very clean and the shower lovely and easy to use. Upstairs the bedroom is great with a little area with a dressing table. The bed is so comfy and it was great to see the stars through the roof window. The area at the front of the property is fenced off so that was great to let our dog out safely. He loved to watch people go by. The area is super quiet and relaxing. The hosts are really attentive and pleasant through communication. We had no issues during our stay but I have no doubt they would be there on hand if any issues did arrive during a person’s stay.
